Applies to certain models of: FMTX5, FMTX50, FMTX100, FMTX250, FMTX300.
This update may solve TCP/IP network instability, including a loss of communication from other devices
connected to the same LAN. Please note that it is ESSENTIAL that the update instructions are read thoroughly
before attempting to update any transmitter.
Firmware files and instructions are provided for those engineers having the required knowledge and access to the
correct programming device.
However, if preferred, and irrespective of the equipment age, firmware updates can be completed free-of-charge by
returning the product to Lucoro Ltd. You MUST contact us before sending any equipment. The sender pays for freight
in both directions, using their own freight arrangements. Package the item carefully in order to prevent damage in
transit, and be sure to use an insured shipping service. (Lucoro does not assume any liability whatsoever for goods
lost or damaged in transit).
